The Bishop Hendricken Community Outreach Program is set up to help members of the Hendricken community connect with other members who are in the position to hire employees or know of open positions. The Bishop Hendricken Advancement Office will help facilitate contacts within our entire community. Candidate will be invovled with direct sales of 401(k) and 403b and government plans. Candidate should have his/her 6 and 63 or Series 7 with a sales background. Candidate would be in office 2-3 days per week, with the rest of his/her time on the road. Territory would include Northern Massachusetts and Maine. The position involves 40 percent cold calling, 40 percent network and 20 percent relationship management. Benefits include salary plus bonus, company car, gas allowance, full benefits and a pension. Duties:

Attorney General Martha Coakley is looking for a paralegal to be part of AG Coakley's Insurance and Financial Services Division, which handles cases relating to banking, securities, and insurance. The Division also intervenes in statewide insurance rate setting proceedings on behalf of the public.
Primary Duties: Provide administrative, investigative, and litigation support relating to the Division’s cases. The paralegal will work with investigators, review documents, compile evidence, and assist attorneys with litigation tasks. In addition, the paralegal will assist the Division in developing substantive policy recommendations relating to insurance and financial service issues.
 
Qualifications:
We seek an individual committed to working in the public interest. Applicants should have strong academic credentials and effective writing, research, and advocacy skills. Familiarity with insurance, banking and financial services is helpful.
 
Salary: Low to Mid 30s
