Everything you need to know before coming to Hawk Country on November 18th!

Are you joining us for our Open House on Sunday, November 18th? We’ve put together a list of the top 10 things you should do while visiting campus!

1. We begin at Noon
The Open House program begins at 12pm with a welcome from President John Jackson ’71 and Principal Mark DeCiccio ’03 in the Dr. Daniel S. Harrop Theater. Doors open at 11:30am for check-in and registration. To save yourself some time, we highly suggest that you pre-register online, here. Can’t join us right away? No worries! Stop by anytime between 12pm-3pm.

You’ll be greeted with a warm Hawk welcome by the Bishop Hendricken Young Men’s Chorus while you await the opening presentation in the theater.

3. Get all your financial aid questions answered
An information session on financial aid, tuition assistance, and affording a Bishop Hendricken education will be available at 12:45pm.

4. Learn about our new dual-track 8th Grade SELECT program
Families are invited to receive information on the 8th Grade SELECT program which will feature two academic tracks beginning in Fall 2019: the original all-honors program, and a new college preparatory level for students who wish to improve their academic and study skills in preparation for our 9th grade curriculum.

5. See all we have to offer in the Arts
Check out the Arts fairs located in the 400 and 300 wings, featuring presentations on drama, media arts, music, and visual art. Teachers and instructors from all of our Arts Academy concentrations and program specialties will be on hand to answer your questions! Plus, get a sneak peek of The Hunchback of Notre Dame set!

6. Your first chance to talk with coaches on campus
Open House is the perfect opportunity to talk with coaches from all of our 14 Division 1 athletic programs and 2 club sports. Stop by Pepin Gym to learn more about our teams and playing sports your freshman year!

7. Find a club, or 47!
While in Pepin Gym, talk with students and moderators from each of our clubs and extracurricular activities.

8. Stop by the Weight Room
On your way out of Pepin Gym, visit our newly renovated weight room, featuring an expanded space, updated features, and brand new equipment.
