Bishop Hendricken, Iggy’s Host Community Thanksgiving Dinner

WARWICK, RI (November 10, 2021) – Bishop Hendricken High School is proud to announce the return of its annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner. In generous partnership with various neighboring businesses, Bishop Hendricken and Iggy’s Boardwalk will host community members for dinner on Thanksgiving Day — Thursday, November 25, 2021 from 12pm-2pm — at the Oakland Beach restaurant. RIPTA will run a special Thanksgiving schedule to transport families to and from Iggy’s Boardwalk if necessary.

Those interested in attending are invited to RSVP to Roberta Steinle at 401.468.4101, or email roberta.a.steinle@warwickri.com. In addition to great food and good company, winter gloves and hats will be available for all guests, courtesy of Ocean State Job Lot. Additionally, Bishop Hendricken is proudly partnering with Mayor Frank Picozzi, the City of Warwick, Iggy’s Boardwalk, the Warwick Beacon, RIPTA, and Antonio’s Bakery to make this dinner possible.

“Events such as this perfectly demonstrate the goodness of the Hendricken family and our Warwick community,” said Fr. Robert L. Marciano, KHS ’75, President. “We hope community members will come out and enjoy the fellowship of the giving season with us. We cannot thank David Gravino, Iggy’s and all in our neighborhood partners for their support in making this event possible.”
