We’ve got several pre-game festivities planned for community members!
5PM: MANGATE (STUDENT) TAILGATE
Mangate, Bishop Hendricken’s boisterous student cheering section, is back! A special student tailgate will take place at 5pm on the practice fields adjacent to the stadium. Students will enjoy food, drinks, lawn games, and a rock climbing wall! Open to all Hendricken students completely free-of-charge. No RSVP required.
5:30PM: ALUMNI TAILGATE
Alumni of all generations are invited back to our annual homecoming tailgate prior to kick-off. Enjoy food from The Rolling Italian food truck, beer (21+), and field-side view of the game. Admission to the game and the Alumni Tailgate is open to all alumni free-of-charge! No RSVP required.
6PM: ADMISSIONS TAILGATE
Prospective students and their families are invited to a front row seat of the greatest rivalry in Rhode Island! Enjoy food, swag, and an endzone view of the game. Admission to the game and the Admissions Tailgate is free-of-charge for all prospective families who RSVP by Wednesday, October 2, 2024, here.
PARENTS & GENERAL PUBLIC
Tickets are $10. Tickets will be on sale in the Athletics Office from October 1-4, 2024, or can be purchased at the gate on the evening of the game. The gate will open at 5:30pm. Fans are highly encouraged to purchase pre-sale tickets ahead of game day in order to guarantee admission and skip lines.
BISHOP HENDRICKEN STUDENTS
Tickets for all current Bishop Hendricken students are free. Tickets can be picked up at all lunches from October 1-4, 2024.
LA SALLE ACADEMY STUDENTS
La Salle Academy students can purchase pre-sale tickets from their Athletics Office, or at the gate on the evening of the game.
BISHOP HENDRICKEN ALUMNI
Tickets for all Bishop Hendricken alumni are free, as is admission to the Alumni Tailgate. Alumni will have their own check-in line at the gate on the evening of the game.
PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS
All prospective students and their families are free when they RSVP for the Admissions Tailgate, here. Prospective families will have their own check-in line at the gate on the evening of the game.
BISHOP HENDRICKEN FOOTBALL PARENTS
Parents of all Bishop Hendricken football players are free when they present their parent pass at the gate on the evening of the game.
Parking will be available on campus on a first come, first served basis. The Warwick Avenue and Oakland Beach Avenue lots will be open for parking until filled.
Additional parking will be available at the Big Lots parking lot located adjacent to campus at 2485 Warwick Avenue, Warwick, RI 02889. A shuttle bus will be available from 6pm-10pm to take fans in overflow parking to and from Big Lots.
There is absolutely no parking at any local businesses, residences, or apartment complexes.
Bishop Hendricken’s student section will be located on the grand stand behind the home sideline. La Salle’s student section will be located behind the visitor sideline. Staff and administrators from both schools will be on-hand to guide students to their respective sections on admission into the stadium.
Parents and the general public are invited to sit on the grand stand or behind the visitor sideline.
The Hendricken-La Salle game is being featured on NBC 10’s Friday Night Rivals. Those who can’t make the game can watch live, here.
The Hungry Hawk snack bar will be open for concessions during the game. Restrooms are available inside the stadium. Golf cart shuttles will be available for patrons needing assistance from the admissions gate to the stadium.
No backpacks, outside beverages, containers, or coolers will be permitted on campus or into Fracassa Field & Stadium. All handbags, purses, and small bags are subject to search.
Police details will be on-hand for the safety of all fans and spectators. There is absolutely no tailgating permitted in any parking lots on campus. All parking lots will be monitored by staff and police.
All athletes, coaches, officials, students, and fans are expected to exhibit good sportsmanship at all times.
All media and photographers must be credentialed for sidelines access. Media and photographers without a 2024-2025 RIIL credential should contact Christian Kabbas to request a credential from the school for the game, here. No fans, spectators, or those without credentials will be allowed on the sideline or inside the perimeter of the field at any point.
