TEXTBOOK COLLECTION
Students from the following cities/towns must return their textbooks to school during the week of final exams: East Providence, Rumford, Riverside, Warwick, North Kingstown, Saunderstown, and out-of-state.
ABSENCES
It is strongly encouraged that all students attend their final exams on the scheduled day, however, if a student is going to be absent, please email the teacher and Natalie Kessimian at nkessimian@hendricken.com. 8th Grade SELECT students should email their teacher and Christopher Sheehan ’09 at csheehan@hendricken.com.
LUNCH
No lunch will be provided for students on final exam days. 8th Grade SELECT students can purchase lunch if they’d prefer and will be able to eat during 3rd and 4th lunch on exam days.
TRANSPORTATION
Buses will be available during all final exam days. For 8th Grade SELECT and senior exams, morning and afternoon schedules will run as usual.
For freshman, sophomore, and junior exams, afternoon pick-up at school will be 1pm.
EXTENDED TIME
Students with extended time will be able to utilize it at the end of each exam.
DEVICES
All cell phones, mobile devices, and smart watches will be collected, put in backpacks, or pockets. All backpacks will be placed at the front of the classroom.
