WARWICK, RI (June 14, 2023) – Mark DeCiccio ’03, Principal, announced today the promotion of Natalie Turner P’15 as Bishop Hendricken High School’s Registrar, effective immediately. As Registrar, Turner will continue to be the official responsible for academic records, transcripts, data management, student information security, and the coordination of the School Counseling Office. She will continue to report to Nicole Poloski, Director of School Counseling.
“There is no doubt that the school counselors depend on Natalie for her expertise every day,” said Poloski. “Her attention to detail and ability to anticipate counselor, teacher, and administrator needs is second to none. Her role as Registrar is critical to the academic success of everyone on our campus — students, teachers, counselors, administrators, and parents.”
Turner has been a member of the School Counseling Office since 2018 as Administrative Assistant. In 2021, she earned the “Hawk of the Year” Award for her diligent and dedicated service to Bishop Hendricken through the School Counseling Office.
Turner holds a Bachelor’s degree from St. Michael’s College and has earned an Alumnus of the Year Award from her alma mater. She previously held public relations positions with the Diocese of Burlington and the Connecticut State University System. She was an active school volunteer while her children were growing up, including fundraising, planning after school programs, and developing art history enrichment classes at Cedar Hill School and Our Lady of Mercy School.
Turner’s son, Joseph, is a 2015 graduate of Bishop Hendricken. She lives in Warwick with her husband, son, and daughter and is a parishioner of St. Gregory the Great. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and is a recipe tester for America’s Test Kitchen.
