As the school year comes to a close, we want to provide students and families with a clear schedule for the next couple of weeks.
Final Exams & Equipment Returns
Final exams begin Friday, May 30, and end Tuesday, June 3.
All school-issued laptops and chargers must be returned by the last day of exams, June 3.
Graduation Rehearsal
All students must attend graduation rehearsal in order to participate in the graduation ceremony.
Rehearsal will be held on Tuesday, June 3, at 1:15 p.m. in the Pepin Gym at Bishop Hendricken. Caps, gowns, honor cords, and graduation tickets will be distributed at rehearsal.
Immediately following rehearsal, students will enjoy a BBQ with faculty and staff. Yearbooks will also be handed out during this time.
Junior & Senior Prom
Prom will take place on Wednesday, June 4, at Gillette Stadium from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
All students are required to stay until 10:00 p.m.
Senior Outing
On Friday, June 6, seniors will report to school before heading to Level 99 and attending a Worcester Red Sox game.
This event is completely free for all students that have signed up for the trip.
All students are required to take the bus provided by us.
Senior Mass & Breakfast
Sunday, June 8, will be our Senior Mass and Senior Breakfast.
Mass will begin at 9:30 a.m. at Holy Apostles Church in Cranston.
Following Mass, families and students will attend breakfast at the Crowne Plaza in Warwick, starting at 11:15 a.m.
Senior Night
Monday, June 9, we will celebrate Senior Night from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Aldrich Mansion in Warwick.
This is the final official night before graduation.
RSVPs are due by Tuesday, June 3.
Graduation
Tuesday, June 10, is graduation night!
Graduation will take place at 5:00 p.m. at the Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul in downtown Providence.
Doors will open at 4:00 p.m.
We look forward to celebrating this incredible milestone with our seniors and their families.
